I purchased this laptop and chose to pay extra for the excellent condition. However after receiving the laptop it has about a dime sized scrape on the front that is through the gold and exposing shiny silver. I would not pay the extra for excellent. I’m sure if I ordered good it would have been the same one.
So far the computer functions as it should.
