Our goal is for you to love your new device. If that isn’t the case, our team is happy to accept any return for any reason to undamaged devices within 30 days of shipment. 

Returning your device: 

To start your return, contact our team at hello@plug.tech. In order to keep our prices competitive, our team reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 10% on any return. Be sure to include the original cable and adapter when sending your device back. 

Once we’ve received your return, we will apply a refund within 1 – 3 business days.

Technical support: 

If your device is having any functionality issues, it is covered with our 12-month warranty. Contact our specialized customer service team at hello@plug.tech, or access our knowledge base library, for help resolving any issues you’re experiencing. 

Physical damage, water damage, or similar issues will result in voiding of the warranty.
