Really happy with the product. Looks brand new and shipped super fast. Also came with some extras that I was not expecting. The only issue I have is the customer service response time. I had texted, emailed and IM but response took a few days but I ordered anyway having purchased an iPhone with a great experience. I think this company would be all around perfect if they just had a quicker response in customer service. They did eventually reply to an email but it was after I ordered. I understand theyre probably busier during the holiday also. As far as product though? Better than I expected it to be. For something they deemed as “good” condition, there was not a scratch on it. I was very skeptical at first but after receiving my purchase I was pleased..there were no cosmetic issues nor defects. The only thing that bothered me was the battery life..it was very poor but none the less it gets the job done for school. Very affordable and a bit reliable for broke college students !
