For the price this used iPhone 14 phone is flawless in condition, but the battery only has 85% health left. I suspect battery health on used phones is a role of the dice, so you may get lucky. Based on when this phone went out of Apple support, it was brand new on April 1, 2023. So the phone is likely 2 and 1/2 year old as of today. Paid an extra $40 for the “excellent” condition and it was certainly in excellent condition, but again exterior condition does not affect the battery condition you will get. Plug also threw in a free case and cable and charger which was awesome of them. I paid the extra $10 to have them pre-install a screen protector. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Plug for anyone wanting to buy “newish” tech without paying the premium prices for brand new unopened condition.

I was really surprised to see how great the condition of my phone was. It works beautifully so far, it looks almost brand new and it was packaged no nicely and literally came two days after I ordered it.
