If your device shows any signs of malfunction, contact our team at hello@plug.tech with your order number to start your warranty claim. Once we receive the device, Our team will either repair the device or send you a replacement that is fully functional.

This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:
- Transportation or storage
- Issues caused by third-party software or unauthorized repair
- Improper use; failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance

- Normal wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions beyond our reasonable control.
How to make a claim:
Simply email us at hello@plug.tech with your order number and we’ll send instructions on how to return your device, along with a prepaid return label. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any return. This helps us cover our shipping costs, and helps us maintain our incredible pricing

I ordered the white iPhone 11 64 GB unlocked in excellent condition. Although the shipping said two day it came five days later but earlier than the estimated time. The phone came packaged nicely and inside was a charger, phone stand, case, and a screen protector already installed. This was nice because I thought it only came with the charger and I didn’t have to buy a screen protector or a case (the case was clear and well made). The phone was in great condition, I did not see any scratches or streaks and came 100% charged. The phone didn’t come on the Apple hello set up screen so I just put in my information through Settings. The phone was easy to connect to my service, and I have been using it for a couple days and have not found any problems. I was very surprised when I open the phone and found it on 100% battery health. Overall I am very happy with my purchase from Plug tech as I have switched from the iPhone 6 plus to the iPhone 11. I also used the code SAVE10 to get $10 off my order.

This is my very first iphone I got the eco-friendly and let me tell you it looks practically new. It has a few light scratches on the back that for me personally are not a deal breaker. I was expecting possibly a very scratched up back and possible screen damage but no i was pleasantly surprised. For the price for me it was an awesome deal. Battery health is great as well. Will definitely be purchasing other phones in the future.
