I ordered this on a Tuesday, and it came a week after on a Friday. Personally I’m happy with the way it came and I didn’t expect the case so that was a plus. My product was Ecofriendly but upon unboxing, it came out as good as excellent. Definitely shopping with Plug Tech again in the near future!
