I love my new laptop. The only thing that I wish it would’ve had some directions on the start up because I know I could’ve connected all my other Apple products together. That’s the only negative that I have but overall I’m very happy with it and the customer service at Plug tech. I’m not that tech swing so I’m learning as I go

Box came damaged...when received.. has normal wear and tear.. scratches on the outside…and on the screen as well . what I did noticed was that the edge don’t know what’s it’s called is peeling off..

For my people at Colombia, this was completely worth it, this computer is such an amazing investment, quick, fast and extremely portable are the words that best describe my experience with this MacBook, Plugtech delivered the laptop with the charger and they gifted me a bag for keeping it safe, it even came with a pop socket. Since it is in ecofriendly condition, the battery is requiring me to change it, but it lasts 4 hours of fully Adobe working apps and college work. I’m more than happy with this investment.
