How to Track Workouts with Your Apple Watch
1. Open the Workout App
- Locate the App: On your Apple Watch, find the Workout app. It’s a green icon with a running figure.
- Open the App: Tap on the Workout app to open it.
2. Choose Your Workout
- Select a Workout Type: Scroll through the list of available workout types, such as Outdoor Walk, Indoor Run, Cycling, Swimming, Yoga, and more.
