Nowadays when operating a small business you really show your colors with the quality of products and the quality of employees. What we mean by this, is the products are authentic and genuine and the employees are as well. As the saying goes "you're only as strong as your weakest link". This goes hand and hand with business, everyone needs to pull in the same direction for the greater common good of the brand. 

Our Mission and Integrity

Here at Plug, we knew that we had to be different if we wanted to stand out, so we vowed to always provide the greatest quality of pre-owned devices and for a great price that is affordable for the majority of individuals. How were we able to do this? Simply put, we only source our devices from the Apple buy-back program and other certified retailers. When we purchase these devices, they are certified pre-owned, so we do not perform any repair work or anything like that once the device arrives in house. 

This seems to be a huge misconception that our phones are all repaired, or they are refurbished, but this is the furthest from the truth. When devices arrive we conduct an extensive functionality test on each device to ensure it is operating and functioning at 100%, and the phone grade or condition does not mean the phone will function or operate at less than 100%. That is why we can proudly claim that less than 2% of all devices are either defective or need repair. 

Our Promise

If a defect or repair is needed, we gladly will repair the device or replace it if the damage is not repairable. When repairs are needed, we always use original parts to ensure the same seamless experience as before. This is an important pillar of our business model, because, with our 12-month exclusive warranty, we will repair or replace your device for a full year from the purchase date, so the customer always has a piece of mind when they have a device from Plug.

With that being said, we do see ourselves as more of a 'people company' rather than a 'tech company.’ We try to make every experience one of a kind that will keep the customers happy and coming back. When we offer things like free 2 business day shipping, 30 day buyers remorse period, and the 12-month extended warranty, it does help us differentiate ourselves because we are doing things differently than others.
