What to Expect with Your Android from Plug

When you receive your Android device from Plug, you can expect the following items to be included in the package:

What to Do When You Receive It

  1. Inspect the Package: Upon receiving your package, check for any visible damage to the outer box.
  2. Unbox Your Device: Open the package and ensure that all the items listed above are included. If anything is missing, please contact Plug's customer support immediately.
  3. Check the Device Condition: Inspect your Android device for any physical damage. At Plug, we ensure that all devices are in top-notch condition, but if you notice any issues, reach out to us right away.

How to Set It Up to Start Using

  1. Charge Your Android Device:
    • Connect the charging cable to the wall adapter and plug it into a power outlet.
    • Attach the other end of the cable to your Android device and let it charge for at least 30 minutes before turning it on.
  2. Insert Your SIM Card (if applicable):
    • Locate the SIM tray on the side of your device.
    • Use a SIM tool or a small paperclip to eject the SIM tray by inserting it into the small hole next to the tray.
    • Place your SIM card into the tray and slide it back into the device.
