How do I return my device?

At Plug, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy!

If you're not satisfied with your device for any reason, we will accept your return and provide you with a prepaid label to ship it back.

To create a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow these steps:

Self-Service Returns Portal: Fill out the required information on the portal and select your desired resolution. Please note that we cannot accept devices for a refund after the 30-day return policy period.

Prepare Your Device: Remove all personal information from the device to ensure a smooth return process.

Use Our Return Label: Ship your device back in a secure box to prevent any damage during transit.

Once we receive your device, our team will process your resolution within 24 hours.

Please note:

Any physical damage to the device will void the warranty.
As per company policy, we reserve the right to issue a restocking fee for any missing charging accessories once the return is inspected.
Ensure the device's IMEI number matches our records before shipping it back. Returns with mismatched IMEI numbers will be subject to a 100% restocking fee.
